The Cretan who teach the Athenians to cook from snails to Cretan stewed meat!
A great business idea had a Cretan through her classes teaches Athenians to cook traditional dishes of Crete while at the same time she make known the Cretan traditions all over the world. Jenny Skandalaki from Chania – and more specifically from Akrotiri Chorafakia – having memories of her grandmother’s meals and having kept her original recipes, created the Cretan Cooking Classes. With her team, also from Chania Michalis Papadakis (chef) and Smaragdis Skandalakis, who works as a coordinator of events, organize cooking courses for Cretan cuisine.
