
Snails with rosemary
Ingredients:
- 1kgr snails
- ½ water glass vinegar
- ½ water glass flour (all purpose flour)
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary
Preparation method:
1.Put all the snails in a big bowl filled with water and leave them until their heads come out (approximately 30 minutes).
2.Throw away all the snails whose heads have not come out.
3.Put the snails in a big pot with water to cover them and when the water starts to boil add 1 tbsp salt and boil them for 10 minutes.
4.Then throw the water and wash them very well with cold water.
5.Salt the snails , flour them and cook them in frying pan with sissling oil for 3 minutes with their openings facing the pan.
6.Add the rosemary, salt and pepper .Stir them and 2 minutes later add the vinegar.They are ready to be served.
