This hands-on cooking class will teach you the secrets of smoking meat and you will learn valuable tips and tricks about Cretan Cuisine.The hands on Cretan cooking classes focus on simple,flavour-filled dishes to help you recreate and enjoy the taste of the Cretan cuisine in your own home.

The art of smoking meat

Session Length

This experience is 4 hours in duration.

You will start at 11:00am with a tour in the facilities and a chat about the cooking day,the menu,and the techniques.Then cook until approximately 13:30am to 14:00pm and dine until around 15:00pm

Participation

Classes are 12 participants.

*Minimum number of participation 12 people.

Groups (Minimum 12 participants – Maximum 20 participants):Upon Request

Notes: Minimum number of participants 12 people.We can accept different bookings until the minimum number of participants is reached.We can cancel bookings in case the minimum number of participants is not reached.

If an event is cancelled then all participants will be notified within 24 hours of the commencement date for the event and have the option to reschedule to another event or receive a full refund.

Kids (Ages 12-16):49€ per person

Kids (Under the age of 12 you can request a meal with an additional cost of 15€)

*For health and safety reasons,participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Salad with apaki (apaki,stamnagathi,cichorium intibus,fresh onions,Cretan oregano,balsamic crème and graviera cheese)
