Fish is one of the most flavorful and nutritionally dense foods you can eat.This is the ideal class for anyone that loves seafood and wants to gain more confidence cooking it.Learn how to prepare and how to present wonderful seafood. This class assumes no knowledge but the more you already know about cooking, the more you’ll learn from experienced teacher.
This class will teach you how to prepare a number of different dishes using a variety of skills.Take your new found knowledge, skills to impress your friends and family.All dishes are made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients.
Everything you need for a delicious meal is provided.After the cooking, you will enjoy these dishes with the rest of the class.
This experience is 4 hours in duration.
You will start at 09:30am with refreshments and a chat about the cooking day, the menu, the techniques then cook until approximately 11.30pm to 12:00 pm and dine until around 13:30pm.
Classes are between 6-12 participants.

If an event is cancelled then all participants will be notified within 24 hours of the commencement date for the event and have the option to reschedule to another event or receive a full refund.
