A unique class to learn some new recipes in addition to some first class instructions on pairing beer with food.Like wine,the right brew can enhance and complement a number of dishes.
Experience a day of cooking and pairing great food with flavourful beers,identify key flavour components and explore how they work with ingredients.
Informative and hands on cooking experience,your expert cook will guide you through every step,helping you to create a five course meal that matches your beer.Not only will you gain confidence in your kitchen abilities but you’ll also pick up tips on matching food and beer.
After class,you ‘ll have a new appreciation for beer and its affinity with good food.Once everything is prepared,you and the whole class will get to sit down and eat your creations together.
This experience is 4 hours in duration.
You will start at 10:00am with a tour in the Brewery and Beer Tasting,then you will continue with refreshments and a chat about the cooking day,the menu and the techniques.
The cooking starts at 11:00am until approximately 12:30pm to 13:00pm and dine until around 14:00pm.
